Deposit - 50% of the grand total of the custom order is due after it is confirmed. Your order will not be put into production if we do not receive your deposit. The other 50% is due upon receipt of your order or upon confirmation of your ship date if you are not physically picking up your order. |

Turnaround – Typically, screen printing on apparel is a 2-week turnaround. Embroidery is a 3-week turn around. Business gifts/special promotional items may take up to 6 weeks. Variables dependant on this are; correct artwork sent from the client, approvals completed by the client on time, shipping and production time.) |

Pricing – Prices are determined on many variables. Primarily, quantity, color, screen print or embroidery, number of locations to be printed, number of colors to be printed are the most important. |

Rush Service – Rush service may be available. Additional charges will apply. |

Artwork – Your artwork can be submitted via e-mail in JPEG, TIF word document or EPS formats. If you are unsure how to send your artwork to us, please ask. Your order will not be processed if we do not receive your artwork in the proper format. |

Proofs – an electronic proof can be sent to you upon request. There will be a $10 charge for this service. |

Art Time – Whether you need a “face lift” for your logo, or you need a new logo all together, our art department has the talent and experience to do the job. Your message and logo’s integrity are as important to Harbor Graphics as they are to you. Harbor Graphics charges $35/hour, but does not exceed $100. |

Matching Colors – Harbor Graphics will closely match your logo colors for the Screen print and Embroidery jobs. Special promotional and business gifts can match pantone colors. Additional charges may apply, largely, after the first color match. |

Meeting Deadlines – Harbor Graphics will work with you on rush orders and do their best to meet your deadlines. |
